Our Services are intended for clients who are at least 18 years old. We (or our licensors) own the platform, code, and brand assets. You retain ownership of your content. Upon full payment for project work, you receive a license or ownership as specified in your proposal or SOW.
You grant us a non-exclusive license to host, process, and display your content solely to provide the Services.
We may integrate third-party services such as hosting (Hetzner), analytics (Google Analytics), and payments (Stripe). Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services, and by using our Services you also agree to comply with those terms where applicable.
We strive to deliver professional, high-quality websites and hosting services. However, all Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that websites will be error-free, uninterrupted, achieve specific business results, or remain compatible with every third-party tool or platform. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We won’t be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims arising from your content, use of the Services, or violations of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate for any breach or risk to the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time; subscription cancellations take effect at period end.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, USA, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
